Study of the variability of the component composition of the essential oil of Artemisia vulgaris L. from the place of collection of raw materials in the territory of Dagestan

The genus Artemisia L. is represented in the natural flora of Dagestan (Russia) by 21 species. For first time, data are presented on release essential oil and its component composition aerial part vulgaris L., collected different geographical points during flowering period 2014. aim work was to assess dependence accumulation variability A. place collection raw materials. materials were dried an air-dry state, ground a laboratory mill subjected extraction Clevenger method (hydrodistillation method). studied samples wormwood showed low content oil, one sample colored dark blue, which differs from literature data. resulting oils further analyzed gas chromatography-mass spectrometer (Shimadzu). As result, 51 compounds found (a vicinity village Charoda, 1490 m above sea level, Dagestan, Russia), 56 Kurush, 2460 Russia. Pinene beta, sabinene, myrcene, eucalyptol, terpinene gamma, thujone –beta, Verbenol trans, terpinen –4 –ol, chrysanthenyl acetate – Isogermacrene D, muurolene epsylon, Humulene alpha, Cadinene Selyptol –Beta, Bulnesene Caryophyllene oxide, epoxide II, Chamazulene. Two differ general both qualitative quantitative components, major minor. results obtained give us grounds recommend these as sources valuable chamazulene, Chrysanthenyl acetate, cubebene beta others.
